Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and a contract is only formally created once your offer to purchase is accepted by us, and the designer in question. You will receive an email confirmation from us once your order has been accepted. These terms and conditions, together with the prices displayed on our website, delivery details, contact details, and any document expressly referred to in these Terms & Conditions of the Sale of Goods and Services, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the sale of goods and services by us to you. PRICES AND CANCELLATION BY US

The prices shown are in UK Sterling (GBP) and/or United States Dollars (US$) and are inclusive of VAT. For addresses outside the UK and Ireland, the final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your debit/credit card company processes the transaction. For physical products any delivery charges are extra. All orders are subject to stock availability. DELIVERY OF GOODS TO YOU

Digital goods and services will be available for download soon after payment unless stated otherwise, and no physical product will be shipped. We will deliver the goods and services you have ordered to the email address you provide us with for delivery at the time you make your order. Every effort will be made to deliver your goods and services within the times specified on the Delivery information page but delay in delivery is sometimes outside of our or the digital dispatcher’s control. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in delivering the goods and services to you. Due to the unphysical nature of digital items, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Our cancellation policy does not apply to digital goods and services as download links are sent instantly. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, which shall include, but not be limited to, acts of God, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, and legislation. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Our maximum liability to you arising from any product you purchase from us shall be the price you paid for the product. LATE OR LOST ITEMS

If you do not receive goods and services ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, or up to 40 days if your delivery address is outside of the UK and Ireland, Europe or North America we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our supplied contact address of the problem within 40 days, or 60 days if your delivery address is outside of the UK and Ireland, Europe or North America of the date on which you ordered the goods and services.

RESALE

Members of the public are not allowed to purchase our goods or services with the specific intent of reselling them in any country without our prior agreement to be obtained in writing.
